Workspaces
Members, roles, permissions and invitations
A workspace owns its portals, game servers, domains, subscription and connected payment accounts. Forgeport creates the first workspace at sign-up. Invitations can add the same account to other workspaces.

🔐 asks for a fresh security code when the sign-in is older than ten minutes — these actions move money, credentials or people, so the session alone is not enough.
Portal admin and Viewer act only on the portals selected for them and do not see the workspace's other portals, including ones created later; grant access to a new portal by editing the member.
Payment setup stays with Owner and Billing manager. Player wallet adjustments are limited to Owner and Workspace admin, and every adjustment requires a ledger reason.
Inviting a member
- Open Members and choose Invite member.
- Enter the email and pick a role: Workspace admin, Billing, Portal admin or Viewer.
- For Portal admin and Viewer, tick the portals under Portal access.
- Choose Send invitation.
The invitee receives a Join <workspace name> on Forgeport email with an Accept invitation link. The invitation expires in 72 hours and must be accepted while signed in with the invited address — any other account sees a Wrong account notice naming the right one. An invitee without a Forgeport account registers first; accepting the invitation joins your workspace.
Member quota
Active members and pending invitations count together against the plan's member limit, shown as Members + invites on Plan & billing. Revoking a pending invitation frees its slot.
Managing members
The Members table lists each member with role and status (Invited, Active, Suspended) alongside pending invitations. Row actions remove a member or revoke an invitation. The Owner stays in place, and removing yourself is handled by the Owner or another admin.
Workspace profile
Settings holds the workspace profile. Renaming the workspace changes the name shown in the sidebar, on invitations and on billing.
