Organizations
Members, roles and permissions, invitations, and the organization profile
An organization owns everything on Forgeport: portals, game servers, domains, the subscription and the connected Stripe account. Every account belongs to one — a personal organization created at sign-up, or the organization that invited it.
Roles

Organization admin and Billing manager are organization-wide. Portal admin and Viewer only access explicitly selected portals, including after new portals are created — grant access to a new portal by editing the member.
Actions that touch members, billing, disputes or connector credentials ask for a fresh security code when the sign-in is older than ten minutes.
Inviting a member
- Open Members and choose Invite member.
- Enter the email and pick a role: Organization admin, Billing, Portal admin or Viewer.
- For Portal admin and Viewer, tick the portals under Portal access.
- Choose Send invitation.
The invitee receives a Join <organization> on Forgeport email with an Accept invitation link. The invitation expires in 72 hours and must be accepted while signed in with the invited address — any other account sees a Wrong account notice naming the right one. An invitee without a Forgeport account registers first; accepting the invitation joins your organization instead of creating a personal one.
Member quota
Active members and pending invitations count together against the plan's member limit, shown as Members + invites on Plan & billing. Revoking a pending invitation frees its slot.
Managing members
The Members table lists each member with role and status (Invited, Active, Suspended) alongside pending invitations. Row actions remove a member or revoke an invitation. The Owner stays in place, and removing yourself is handled by the Owner or another admin.
Organization profile
Settings holds the organization profile. Renaming the organization changes the name shown in the sidebar, on invitations and on billing.
